Deletes files without asking when dragging files into the vault. Crashes when trying to drag them back from it.

i hate this app for one reason they release the app before its able to work properly. videos wont load onto different devices.

It does everything it says it does and even more. Easy to use and confident my data is safe and private.

Great app for both the iPhone and MacBook, for hiding documents and pictures and whatever else. I especially like the fact that you can have a fake pin for the iPhone version. So with that, can you please please please add the same thing for the MacBook version as well? It would make a great app just that much better! Thanks!

Could’ve been great but not. Could’ve been useful but not…A waste of effort and time.

I downloaded this app about an hour ago and I have not been able to add any photo’s because it keeps crashing and I have to keep logging in. Log in - crash, Log in - crash, over and over again. It’s a good think this pos was free, otherwise I would be Very unhappy. As it is, I’m just major unhappy with this piece of junk. Don’t waste your time on this piece of junk app. Total Crap. One star does not even do it justice.

I love this app on my iPhone and iPad, but on my Mac it keeps crashing. Please fix!!

As my title suggests, this app is pretty terrible. It does what it’s supposed to do, which is the reason I gave it any stars at all, but does that really matter when it constantly freezes, stops responding, and takes hours to DO IT?! Not to mention it gets slower with every picture you save in it. I know, I know, that’s to be expected, sure, but not as fucking… exponentially slower as this app gets. +1 Star because it does what it’s supposed to do, +2 stars because its design and overall setup is fantastic, -3 stars because it’s slow, slow, slow, to the point where it’s almost unusable -_-

The desktop app is a great way to view and sync via your computer when you need to. However, it seems that it won’t let you upload videos via the desktop app, just photos. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

I’ve been using KeepSafe for iOS for quite some time now, and I was thrilled to see that they now have a desktop app. Now, all of the private photos and documents that I saved on my smartphone are also accessbile on my computer! Looking forward to getting lots of use out of this for many years to come.

Easy to use: just drag and drop things into Keepsafe. Finally can view things I added to KeepSafe on iPhone on my computer also. This is great!

Do not download this app. I used the mobile version for months without issue, but as soon as I “upgraded” to the desktop version a bunch of my files disappeared and are so far irrecoverable Tech support has been next to useless so far.

Memory leaks, consistant crashing, hardly any features… um, is this the same KeepSafe?
